Each year, on the anniversary of the sinking, USS St. Lo and USS Dennis survivors and their families come together to renew friendships, share memories and exchange accounts of their personal experiences.
Our 2022 reunion is in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida, on Sunday, October 23, to Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the Sirata Beach Resort & Conference Center, 5300 Gulf Boulevard.
See the reunion schedule below. Your registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, Hospitality Room, Catered Lunch following the Memorial Service, Memorial Wreath, and miscellaneous reunion expenses. We hope you’ll join us!

Schedule
Sunday – October 23
- 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Registration and Welcome Reception
Monday – October 24
- Free day to enjoy St. Pete Beach, water sports, shopping in downtown St. Petersburg and many other local area attractions
- 6:30 p.m.: Dinner at a local restaurant
Tuesday – October 25
- 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Memorial service and catered lunch by Sirata Beach resort. The memorial service is our way of giving respect for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Wednesday – October 26
- 10:00 a.m.: Farewell breakfast hotel restaurant and departures (optional based on departures)
Note: The Resort does not provide complimentary breakfast. However, there are several Sirata dining facilities on the property and St. Pete Beach (Gulf Boulevard) is loaded with a wide variety of wonderful “close-by” dining.
